UNLUCKY DAY FOR HOLZER

Friday, the 13th, was certainly unlucky for Arthur Holzer, of Milltown, a member of the Milltown Fife and Drum Corps for he had hardly began his day’s work at the US. Rubber shop when a cutting machine on which be was doing some cutting, Came down on his right hand, cutting part of the first finger off and making a deep gash across the palm. Dr. A.L. Smith was called and dressed the young man’s hand, which caused him considerable pain. He later went to his home, and it will be some time before the hand is healed.
